    Welcome New Gator

    Greetings!     We are excited to welcome you to the University of Houston-Downtown (UHD)! Your transition to UHD begins with Freshman Orientation.

    Freshman Orientation is an interactive, one-day, on-campus program designed to give you an inside track into what it means to be a UHD student.

    While on campus, you will learn more about UHD and campus resources, meet with an advisor, and register for classes. You will also hear about student life, financial aid opportunities, getting involved on campus, and more! We will help get your questions answered, while you meet other new Gators and have fun!

    You are required to attend the entire orientation program to satisfy your orientation requirement. Please make plans to be on-campus from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
