    MDCOB Graduate Admission Appeal Form

    As described in the UHD Graduate Catalog and PS 03.B.24, students wishing to appeal an admissions decision must do so by completing this Graduate Admissions Appeal Form, along with any relevant supporting documentation, within 30 days of receiving their admissions decision. Students are encouraged to appeal if A) the applicant’s academic credentials have changed significantly OR B) the applicant wishes to provide additional information that further explains personal circumstances that may have affected their ability to meet program admission requirements.

    Admission Decision Appeals

    A graduate applicant that has been denied admission may request further consideration by submitting a Graduate Admissions Appeal Form to the director of the graduate program.

    An appeal to reconsider the original admission decision may or may not change the decision. The applicant is encouraged to appeal only if:

    (i) The graduate applicant’s academic credentials (test scores and/or grades) have changed significantly

    or

    (ii) The graduate applicant wishes to provide additional information that further explains personal circumstances that may have affected their ability to meet admission requirements.
